Why is my body temperature always cold

When I touch someone's body I notice how its warm but mine literally cold, the only slightly warm point is my armpit?

Maybe i need to go to the doctor?

When i sleep with someone their body is usually really hot, mine isn't like that lol... Temperature maxxing is very legit guys...
