I didn’t really know a genio could do that much, i thought i’d need a maxillary downgraft. That’s good though, it’s definitely less expensive and intense. Thanks for the advice

Your upper third (forehead) its bigger than the other segments of your face, which gives a "disharmony" look. You show ask for midface implants, like cheeckbones an shi, or a palatal expander, witch will make your entire midface wider (inclunding your nose) but will give a more outward look on your gonions
