Back in 2018 , when i started heightmaxxing ,no one was talking about spine growth plates , now i see threads on reddit about growth through spine and so many spine xrays , back then i had a problem getting young spine x rays to see growth plates ,now on reddit their are a lot . Only on this forum this spine thing was discussed in depth and maybe a bit on forum like heightquest.Did the threads here make this thing go viral . Now this insta gram video with 400k views. How the internet circulates ideas so fast man.Am i delusional schizoid or am right in thinking that giving actual helpful advices on internet is useless because it will become mainstream . Be it anything not just looks related

It was not. I literally had to dig so deep to get info regarding spine and had to read from ncbi nlm. Still i have doubts due to lack of research, where are u coming from ??????
