Why would i get depressed and quit on life ?

I had friends,school,club,coaches,family,5+ very close friends and i quitted in my most crucial year. I wish i can go back to 2017. Now i'll probably get my exam ditched,instead of 4 NUMBERS i wrote 2 from my uni index,WHO DOES THAT ? Need to try meditation,i can't belive i did that. 4 numbers infront of me,i type 2,then idk what i did but i forgot to type the rest 2 and now my exam is invalid,i will have to call them,more stress.
