WIll Sunscreen + Cloth on face save me?

So, I love to tan, my body looks x10 better when I'm tanned and I feel amazing after sunbathing (im not a full blown cumskin, im mediterrenean, so i'm naturally a little more brown than north euros)

anyway, will a 50 spf sunscreen plus wearing a cloth on my face save me from sun raping my face skin and making me look older?
