It's because guys get no positive reinforcement. Their role in society as providers has been rendered obsolete yet society still shames them for not trying to follow this role. Its a no win scenario so many guys just give up. As for women, they are completely protected, encouraged to do anything they want yet also allowed to fall back onto their traditional role.

Yes women are better than most men. They are great at work due to their conformist nature, they don’t ask back they just do as told, they aren’t agressive, more empathetic, smell nice, overall pleasant creatures to be around.
I would disagree. Women and men are pretty much the same. All these "psychological differences" are overrated bullshit. The real difference between men and women is different situations. Men are more aggressive because life as a man requires more competition and causes one to face more threats.
Women were always favoured since they are magnitudes more valuable than the average man; they can create new life, which makes them have innate value even if they aren’t skilled in anything. As for confirmism and other psychological differences between the two genders, those are real and influenced by very different hormone profiles and brains.
If men were given easy sex and not told they had to be better than others to be respected, I guarantee you that aggression would disappear. Men would be completely pacified, conformist and controllable. Male aggression is a symptom, not a cause.

Japan cannot be compared to the west. For one, the distribution of female and male incels is almost identical with slightly more female than male in the younger age group.
