I swear i just feel like a loser when im sitting around doing nothing most of the time. unless i have like a really good show or movie im into it or hanging out with my friends/family.

It def mogs. But being super into the thing you are working on is even better. I used to put a lot of effort into school video projects bc I liked them to be HQ and funny, and I was HYPERmotivated to do those. Rotting is a passive dopamine activity and it's extremely unrewarding in the long term
