Apart for computer engineering, the more classical fields like mechanical, electrical, civil engineering… is it worth it? I have a feeling some asian with tiger parents or autist is gonna have a much better mental drive to sit and optimize a propellers geometrical shape or leading an engineering project.

But what about not as an employee but as someone who starts their own shit? Would be cool to patent some shit and sell it. Or start a company. Although starting a company in these fields are very capital requiring. The research and development costs in classical engineering fields are huge.

Thoughts?

I regret getting my engineering degree, your wages are diluted by H1b visa immigrants

The wage is good and alot of stability. I just regret that during my study time we didn't had females so no partying and meeting females through school. In hindsight I would prefer a medical or psychology degree.

Choose a high paying subject you actually enjoy. Not worth wasting a year and dropping out because engineering was boring as fuck and you just didn't want a dippy ass art degree.

i dunno.
it's almost like engineering breeds incelhood.
even if one wasn't actually meant to be one.

Maybe a contributor to that is. Is that an engineer, tend to be extremely analitical, logical and details maxxing. Which probably tends to bore the female brains so much, that her vagine dries out.. Because females hate logic and talking about 1 subject in dept. Women like to topic hop, and talk about feelings basically. Not about stuff. After bad looks, talking analytical subject matters in dept is maybe the 2nd place pussy dry-er.

Honestly bro engineering doesn’t look like it’s worth it right now. Oversaturated and I overhear people struggling to find a job outside of college.

Really Computer Science or Medicine rn is the most worth it.

I think one should specialize in big data, artificial intelligence if one chooses to go into the comp sci field.

Medicine is definitely worth. Dentistry as well.

Psychology is worth.

Law is also worth. One is required to have the degree in order to work as a lawyer.

Lets not forget more practical oriented educations like captain of boats, or pilots of planes.

Economy and finance also pretty worth not only for the broad job oppertunities, but what you learn you can apply to other places than at work.

Maybe so (I’m contemplating) but it’s not necessary a Bachelor’s is sufficient for security and good starting pay outside of college.

What do you think is the best option of them all?

Comp sci is pretty much the only major I'd recommend now. The only jobs that were recruiting during lockdown were comp sci ones. If you want security and some of the best wages I'd choose this. If you're young, I'd recommend going working for a while and enjoying life before you go to college/uni though. Comp sci is very stressful and a ton of people drop out first year.

Only applied chemistry with focus on industrial research. You can also chose Materials Science ( Chemistry applied to Engineering) or Pharmacy ( Chemistry applied to Medicine) to be even more practical

Its only incel If ur ugly. It’ll make 10000000 times more money Than an art degree jfl and you wont have to be surrounded by extreme leftist and crazy blue haired people like art fags Will

Is there a specific name or term for this?
Pharmacy if you want to apply chemistry to human medicine
Materials Science if you want to apply chemistry to engineering

Imo pure sciences are suboptimal because they are too theoretical. If you think about one of these Natural Sciences i' d suggest the following more practical versions :

Biology -> Medicine
Physics -> Engineering
Chemistry -> Pharmacy or Materials Science
Geology -> Mining / Petroleum Engineering

Engineering, might make it so, that one can't have normal conversations anymore with women and randoms.

Why?
Detailsmaxxing and one will become overly carefull/can't take any risk anymore that have a change of higher than 0.01% of it going wrong.

Imagine spending all day talking, debating, and calculating. When attaching a stainless steel bolt of 999cm in a 45-degree angle, how high the chance is of it snapping after 30 years of wear. And it the outcome is higher than 0.01%; than it's TO MUCH RISK.
It tends to overflow in their daily life, I notice form the engineers I know well. They tend to waiste alot of time, planning for scenarios that will never happen (yeah like 0.001% change) and go into full detail of every potential 0.001% thing that could go wrong.

That's Unbeareable for foids, for sure!
Women just wanna do and do do: what feel good, nice, pleasant. And not analyse jack shit. If it feels good, it is good. And than the engineer comes, with alls the 100 of things that could potentailly go wrong. A great way to irritate, and make women angry. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Hahah absolute brainlet take on what engineers do. The average engineer is a cad monkey. The program calculates everything

That's true. I don't know exactly what they do, and how they do it.

Okay.

Nonetheless!! My limited experience with engineers is: detailsmaxxing (daily life things) and super avoidant of risks and super preparing for both big and small risks. Kinda like, they can't differentiate well, between small risks (to just ignore) and big risks that need to be prepared.

But besides that.
It guranteed to annoy and irritate and make women angy; when a dude is very detailedmaxxing; and avoidant fo risks, and spending alot of time on small risk management. Women just wanna do, what feels right (usually). bringing up risks and reasons not to do something she finds feels right/good, make women irritated and angry regularly.

Correct me, if I'm wrong.

Can confirm. The managers are more NT and more "sales like". Specialists are autistic asf.
