My goal is to increase the distance between the stomion and subnasale. Do I have enough upper lip to follow through with this, or is this a net negative and will my lower lip also need to undergo reduction? I can put a picture of my lips from the side as well, or should I just shave my mustache all the way almost to a zero and leave a tiny bit at the very brink of the upper lip? This seems to give the illusion of a longer philtrum for me but it's a way to get around it. I can't have this tiny philtrum forever; plus, my chin to phil is 3.1, I believe.

Philtrum is short, but not pathologically short.

Your main issue is perceptual compression from the dense curls near your brow line, the moustache is right on your vermilion border, alongside both youthful soft tissue and a strong lower third compactness.

Your current anatomy is where overcorrection is high risk.

You have enough tissue, not sure if it's needed though. You would benefit better from clean or near zero trim on the lip border, slight shadow higher up, sharp philtrum visibility... not a full shave, just avoiding coverage directly on your upper lip edge.

Nah I did mark but bro, thanks, and do you think a shave like this is suitable? It makes me look quite young although I’m on test now so hopefully I get some more masculinization in the face. I’m 17 but look 15

You have very slight downturned mouth corners. Increasing the subnasale to stomion distance could make the downturned corners more pronounced. Its not that big of a deal but good to monitor it.

I'm getting dao botox in July to turn up those corners along with micro needling.

Yeah your locked in. Nice work
Yeah, the lady was so iffy on giving it to me since I was so young for the Botox, but I took some pregabalin before the consultation, so I was low inhib. I was conversing well and gave good reasoning, and she agreed.
