There's a theory that you can inject relaxin to loosen the ligaments of your hips, and then use a postpartum hip shrinker to make them narrower.
A postpartum hip shrinker is used mainly by women that have given birth and want to make their hips return to the original width, however as men don't produce relaxin we will have to inject it, i am just afraid that it will make the hips even wider.

Good idea. But isnt relaxin expensive as fuck.

Why not just cut it off with an electric saw?

No because in postpartum stuff has gotten "loose" that needs to be retightened and thus narrower. This has never happened to you and so you can't shrink the hips this way. your hip width is determined by your bone and your pubic symphysis is in tact.

It only got "loose" because of the effect of relaxin, also hip width depends on the ligaments that you have in the back of your hips.

It's still worth it if you consider that you will change your proportions and never have to do it again in your life.

No, the iliosacral joint and the pubic symphysis are really fucking tight and held together strongly by the ligaments. There is no outward protruding ligament.
