I mean I can show you what he looks like now hes been consistent, with his dieting and going to the gym, hes went from 20% to 16% bf and hes pretty close to 15, I mean I'm not gonna lie I didn't expect him to change but he has a bit he also wanted me to tell you guys that he was bit overweight, he was 90 kg but has gone down to 88, his metabolic age was 25 but now it's gone down to 17 year old, he still needs a tan and a thick neck but hes working on it.

What would you rate HIM he has been working hard for the last 2 months, because he says he doesn't want to end up being a loser, hes even forcing himself to socialise by speaking first, apparently hes actually being talked to like people want to talk to him, not to just be considerate as if people were you know happy to ,not as some fat ugly retard which he used to be but he said hes not like that anymore I don't know I hope people believe him he seems pretty motivated
