What might seem like a superficial challenge to you could have deep spiritual significance to another. Like someone struggling with self-worth due to societal pressures might experience profound spiritual growth through that journey and God might have made their looks a challenge and test for this spiritual growth.

Struggling with physical appearance, being Incel etc might be a test to help an individual discover and value their intrinsic worth, beyond the superficial.
