From my own experience when ive got a lot of stuff to do and keep myself busy i stop overthinking about small problems and i feel a lot better than having the time of the world and overthinking about everything, which makes me extremely non NT.

On my computer: RTS, horror games like Dead Island 2 (finished it yesterday); open-world games, old games like Homefront + Homefront Revolution, etc. Anything that has to do with warfare, and GTA-type games.

i'm the opposite, when i go out and do things and drive past hot girls i come home feeling defeated and sad. but if i stay home and go through my lazy routine of reading, chilling on the computer, watching youtube etc. i feel okay.
