Meat, potatoes, white rice and olive oil are legit the safest food, no cons here, for vitamins eat organ meats and for vitamin C take supplements or just eat grapes ngl

No, you need high carbs, preferably potatoes are the best carbs, sweet potatoes are on top, slow digesting carb, and protein should be max 1g per pound of lean mass. So if you are 160lbs, thats about 137lbs of lean mass, ajd you would be fine with 137lbs of protein daily for gaining muscles

And btw, the info you always read on sites about the 2g per 1kg of weight or 0.8-1.0g per 1 pound of weight is actually referring to LEAN weight btw. So if you are 160lbs thats 138lbs of muscle weight. This is basically the biggest lie ever told on the internet just so the mest industry and protein markets can gain more shekels

Why are people so against oats here, steel cut oats are good, make porridge over the stove, add high protein plain yogurt, bananas and berries, mogger meal.
