Doesnt matter if youre ugly or attractive. The way that you most often see yourself in the mirror will almost always look average.

If you look good in the mirror, it only means that you look better than you do most of the time. If you look bad its the other way around.

Your brain is always seeking an even state. You will almost always end up average in your own mind.

If you regularly fraud while looking in the mirror, you will see that as average. So when you relax you will see yourself as a subhuman, and if youre a subhuman and you start frauding while looking in the mirror you will see yourself as gigachad because your brain relies on contrasts

This goes with everything in life.

If you are rich, it doesnt mean youre gonna be happier than if you were poor. Your brain will always get use to your current situation and it will be average, and you will always end up in an average state.
