let me give you an example for my theory

as a kid (5 yo) I'd rather pick flowers than play football, obviously because my body had low genetic testosterone.
so i didnt play any sports and instead did indoors activities like playing video games at home, not because I chose to do so but because of cause and effect (cause: my genetics, effect: not playing outdoors)
