Not necessary, you can keep fit in your 20s and later, at some age (35+) you can start to inject so that it's not difficult to stay hard.

Also the psychological part plays a role, most men will be more confident at older age because of more experience (only Chads have already much experience at 19), so they will actually be better in performing the acts, same goes for women btw.

And you can definitely meet women regularly at any age if you are a social person, so that's not a problem, the bigger problem here might be that it's not as easy as in college where there are people everywhere. You have to actually make an effort to meet people.

Life doesn't 'end' at 20 but it does peak there. Think of it being like a bell curve with 20 being at the top. Life won't instantly get worse at 20, but that is still where the gradual slide into mediocrity begins.
