Your youth wasn't better, you just didn't realize how badly the future would suck

People, especially men who aren't very attractive, often suffer a midlife crisis after 30 because they feel their 'best' years are over already and that there is now nothing to live for. Basically 'life ends' at 30.

But here's the thing...

Your teenage and early adult life were never better in the first place.

It's just that, at that time, you were still going through that 'ignorance is bliss' phase where it SEEMED like the future might be interesting and you were just simply not aware of how fucked everything would be. If the 15+ year old you at the time knew exactly what was coming, you wouldn't have enjoyed your youth at all, because none of the false optimism for the future would've existed. You'd have just instantly 'turned 30' mentally speaking.

Attractive people with good IQ who actually had a future, do not usually suffer this so-called 'midlife crisis' because they have few or no regrets in the first place. At worst, maybe Chad will get somewhat fewer lays but he might be in a relationship anyway (for what little that is still worth in 2025).

The reason the so-called 'best years of your life' are called that is because at that time, you were simply an ignorant cuck who didn't know anything besides Playstation and partying. The grim reality hadn't dawned on you yet.

Cope harder, being a kid is the best, no taxes, no responsibilities, getting to play video games 24/7(that hasn't really changed)

Also zero freedom jfl.

EDIT: Also, most good parents don't let their kids play video games 24/7.

Shitty parents*, I've seen the parents that force their kids to studymaxx

I'm being 100% serious, If I wasn't allowed to play games and only study, once I learned of the blackpill and my betabuxx fate I'd have went ER on my family and then suicide

This is extremely correct. In your youth your heart is not broken, your illusions are not shattered, your spirit is not chewed out, your life did not seem meaningless...
