I made the lines because the head was a little bit tilted but now the projection is corrected, second picture is before . see how the soft tissue changed his upper lip and jaw? bro literally got a double chin thanks to a ZSO, has anyone ever seen good results? Ive talked to him and he really didnt gain weight and other surgeons said similar stuff that the surgeon messed up and why he even did the procedure in the first place lol

There's no reason why ZSO alone would ruin someone's neck/jawline area. That makes no sense.
