Can facial surgeries like rhino,genio,implants,fillers (minor surgeries) or maybe any surgery take you to good looking levels if you are a complete dead average in the face ??

Definetly not a fuckin bimax also if you get jaw implants I barely see people becoming good looking with them

He was 20 year old in the picture on the left and there no way veneers can change you facial structure like that especially after he finished growing

dear @5.5psl psl, experienced PSL'ers know how surgery make sense if you have specific flaws which are easily fixable with a surgery:
thin lips → fillers, nose bump → rhinoplasty, flat ogee curve → cheekbone implant, short height → leg lengthening and so on.

But can surgeries made extraordinary changes to one's face so he goes, let's say, from incel to chad? It is possible but it is rare that a person has such a good looksmaxxing base with fixable flaws that turn into halos once they are fixed with surgeries.

I will bring the example of a IRL friend of mine, TheLordMadness. When he joined looksmax .org in 2019 he had bodycount equal to one, and he was very motivated to looksmaxxing. His initial face condition was recessed mandible, flat ogee curve, mediocre nose, average height, dry hair. His qualities were curly hair, long PFL, being easy gainer in gym.

so he underwent Bimax surgery, jaw implants, cheekbone implants and rhinoplasty with well-known doctors Ramieri and Marianetti, in addition he followed strictly softmaxxing protocols: natural bodybuilding, hairmaxxing, laser facial hair removal, style/accessories maxxing. Lastly he NTmaxxed and he cold approached tourists on the street everyday during summertime. His whole surgerymaxxing journey is told in his post history

His results have been unbelievable: he went from being the typical mediocre alone college guy to being a chad: now he dates hot teens and even gets catcalled by women while he walks down the street. A quote by him is "Once you see looksmaxxing works you just become addicted to it"

In conclusion looksmaxxing can actually improve one's dating life, but it is really rare that some has a good enough base and motivation to looksmax. Cosmetic surgeries have great repercussions: money expenditure, risk of being botched, consume of time, painful recoveries, decreased social reputation if people notice, mental health issues of accepting your appearance

1 month and half between those 2 pictures : went from subhuman to MTN.

I only lost weight + genio + eyebrows tinting

I reckon eye area surgeries (lower eyelid retraction + canthoplasty) could move me further up the scale.

You don't have to take every surgery in the book, just those which can fix your failos and the rest is softmaxx (haircut, leanmaxxing, grooming).

There was some italian guy on this forum that was pretty average, done chin wings implants and bimax I believe and ascended to chadlite. He also mentioned that his oneitis wanted to hang out with him and generally females treated him diferently after all of this.

Yes, that's why i said he only got gonial implants and cheek implants. the veneers were probably added after, or maybe he got braces or something to somehow align them idk.

Brother I can't even look at my former self : I was a bluepilled subhuman unbeknownst to me.

I still need to lose 10lbs to make my cheekbones really pop out and I've already scheduled almond eyes surgery in May with Bernardini.

Lower eyelid retraction will tighten your lower eyelid (often combined with lower blepharoplasty) but to secure it you probably need canthoplasty. Canthoplasty will modify your canthal tilt and assure that your lower eyelid sits higher than it its previous position.

I’m so confused how does the result look so good. My man had a genuinely recessed lower jaw. Genio isn’t known to fix recession. Is this more a camouflage that might look great in the long run?
