i dont recommend it, but i do it 2x a day + whenever it doesnt feel sore i just go again a few times

zygos, mandible, i do browridge too but idk u might get some brain dmg or smth so go lighter there or dont do browridge at all

Niggas on here being goys, the only improvement i see is the ramus part of your face, if you look at the before picture u weren't as defined as now, keep going js dont bonesmash like a retard, it doesn't work even in prolonged periods of times, and it could even make ur face more asymmetrical, keep training make ur frame wider n train the neck as well

grow the hair out and do a messy middle part flow, do neck curls 3x a week and chin tucks while mewing daily

first of all, spam lateral raises. Anyways, chin tucks, isometric head tilts, yada yada you can find good workouts on tiktok, use weights dont do dumbass isometric head tilts

Just stick to softmaxxing and if you don't softmax properly it wont do shit and bonesmashing stick to zygos smash them up high specifically and evenly of course sides of the chin equally to square it out gonions of course to get that jaw and doit evenly again and ur brow ridge evenly znd infra orbitals as well just don't hit ur eye and also ur main chin evenly to project it forward and do it once a day minimum hit ur vitamin d3 k2 and calcium limit to physically grow bones and for each side of each do at least 10 reps for everything if you do too much there will obviously be inflammation and injuries and if you do it to hard like ur tryna hit sean strickland ur break ur facial bones and as in too much im talking 100+ sorta shit reps per side of each bone multiple times a day ur body obviously needs time to heal like when u work out so type shit and bomesmash dude and when u get that modeling contract wire me a few bands
