Which is better? Also should I apply the Tret on my forehead and nose?

I am currently using 0.1% Mon/Fri
 
0.1% daily
 
250$ for a consultation and your asking this, you really rip people off

I am currently using 0.1% daily.
Just do the max dose your skin can handle.
