because you will stagnate on every upper body lift if your legs are weak since they stabilize the rest of your body.
Just train shpulders and lats and neck for hypertrophy and do some movement training to not have atrophied legs

There's no such thing as "wasted stress" your muscles are capped at growth each day no matter you do 6 sets or 40 sets on shoulders they will grow the same if not less with 40 sets
 
its good to have fairly developed glutes & upper-quads for a strong pelvic floor

maybe u made this thread to cope with ur chicken legs, if we talk as in attraction they are somewhat attracted to legs, just not as much as ur back, arms, bicep & abs

You will have more proportion for 1, and more recovery due to training less. So u can train more

You dont need heavy squats and deadlines and leg extensions too

Hill sprints will be enough and you don't need weights, just find a steep hill

I just train my shoulders, lats and neck. Nothing else is needed. I put the gymcel energy into trying to softmax instead. Face>Height>Body

So why is it rumoured that cortisol inhibits test production and when u lose there's a spike in cortisol, reducing test slightly, do all types of stresses increase test?

you can train your legs without them being bulky, i do it every other week or once a week but in small intensity. Legs are very important for posture.
