TLDR: all the thing I did to change my face towards the end of puberty. Sarms, bonesmahs+nutrion, posture, muscle strengthening.
Context:
the first picture was me around the end of 2023, 6'0 170lbs. I was 16yo
The second picture, October of 2024, is from my "rate me" post. The biggest things I got critiqued on were my long mid face, long plithrum, and ipd. I was 6'2 198lbs 17yo
The third picture is me today, 6'3, 195lbs, 18yo.
Method 1: Sarms
My original intention was to get on gear but I when I ordered it, I never got my order. I decided to go with sarms because my friend had extra. I went with rad-140 15mg for 12 weeks, an AI, and Clomiphene.
How much of a difference it made, I have no idea. I feel the Rad aged me slightly but thats about it, they are SARMS so they wont do as much as real gear.
Method 2: High Nutrient intake + bone smashing
I thought bone smashing was cope till i did it myself. Bones can get mechanical tension signals through bone smashing and other forms of bone stress and just like the gym, when you workout, you need proper nutrition other wise you wont grow. I have roughly 2-3g of calcium, 500mcg k2, and 10k iu d3 daily. This to me did a decent amount and will continue to do until I stop growing indicating my plates have closed
Method 3: Posture
Posture can have a big impact on your facial structure as we all know as well as causing muscle imbalance causing further change in your facial structure. Fixing my posture+stretching out my neck muscles change a lot for me. My face was able to grow properly due to proper posture. The most important is your pelvic tilt and neck posture. Strengthening your core and doing chintucks with fix both. Stertching the tighter side is also important
Asymmetry fix:
My face is still asymmetrical but has had tremendous improvements and will continue to improve. The masseter muscle will pull your jaw up and cheekbone down giving better ccw rotation. The temporalis muscle will pull your face up and out. I trained both of these to improve my ratios. To train masseter efficiently, chew on your premolars. To train the Temporalis, place your fingers slightly above your ear on the side of your head and pull your mandible up and back.
Method 4: Ratio fixes
My long mid face I widened my masseters so that the proportions were better. My plithrum I changed by flexing my upper lip so that it sits more out, im working on evening out my lips as they look un-proportional to me.
New things Im trying:
1. With the recent surge of Looksmaxing on Tiktok I came across someone talking about how your bones can experience mechanical tension through pressure, I will be putting pressure on the outside of my zygo to see if it does anything. As well as the outside of my eye to see if I can widen them.
2. When I get my hands on some more money, I am getting a MARPE for my narrow nasal pathway aswell as the cosmetic benefits. Bwython on tiktok convinced me. 3. I will also be getting gear and some peptides when I get more money.
4. Lastly, I am growing out my hair.
None of it is possible without still having open growth plates. Im blessed to have them open at 18. My dad grew till he was 23 so I will probably get taller and can still get more bone tissue.
