4 sets of weighted neck curls front and side only 3-4x a week . If you do chin tucks regularly your back side of the neck will grow also . Note i also ran a cycle a year ago so some of the gains were greatly contributed by that . Nonetheless its still a great looksmax and a good investment im being so srs

tip : is to go slow and controlled , pause at the top and control the eccentric, thats it boyz

Looks much bigger and more muscular. Been training my neck for the last six months with just neck bridges and it's awesome to see the growth. You neck looks very strong.

If you look closely at my gonions you can tell it grew from the side a lot but yes im leaner now in the after pic

I do neck curls and neck extensions on my stomach 2 times a week w weighted plates is this good?
