Yes, it's definitely a must, ESPECIALLY if you have a non-ideal frame. I'm still natty but I've made some serious progress over the last year and a half, I've went from 72 to 94kg and although I'm not exactly lean right now(about 16-18%bf), I feel great and life's been getting much better.
