Both surgeries done at once? I asked before but you didn't answer. I'm curious as I want both septo and rhino but unsure if it'll take two surgeries or one.

It really does take 2-3 months to see your results. My nose was swollen until that point. The tip will drop and you will see your nasal bridge again at that point so be careful.

Gratz. I need that too but im very flat and need bimax also, i have so much concerns cuz bimax move your nose little forward and this complicate everything when it comes to septo-rhino, anyway hope you will be satisfied
