why do i look a lot better in the first pic? these pics were taken the day before one another. nothing changed, exact same angle and lighting. the only thing that changed in the first pic is i was clenching my jaw. does it really make that much of a difference? can i get my jaw to look like the 1st pic all the time? any jaw exercises that actually work?

better lighting on the right one and you are more bloated on the right one. has to do with a lot of things such as the food you ate, sodium, potassium, stress level, time of the day (usually in the mornings your face is more bloated) etc

what are the best ways to debloat?
 
Nothing changed. Maybe slight bloat and light change but don’t stress it. Don’t think it’s noticeable to anyone
