Their lack of awareness about this world, its real and inner meaning above the mere materiality and animalistic approach of life, lack of awareness in their own contradiction and paradoxes, and yet their apparent arrogance and certainty in their positions, in which they are actually, on average, ignorant.

Reason could've cured many issues, but it seems that humans on average are good at only one thing : coping.
