So as the title says, i started an mk677 cycle whilst megadosing vitamin K2 MK4 and D3, Zinc, Magnesium and a B complex (for hair). I also hardmewed a few times per day, which may or may not have been cope since my bones look like they re extremely malleable...
Pros
-Face got wider, zygos expanded
-Wider lips
-Taller chin
-Shorter philtrum
-Skin looks smoother and shinier (i have severe acne scars)
-Some solid hair regrowth on temples and other areas (i lost hair on accutane + some vitamin deficiencies and still struggle to get it back....)
-Faster hair growth
-Wrist size increase, mainly on my right hand, the carpal bones dont stick out as much anymore and theres a bone in the middle of it that i can touch which was never there before. I haven't measured it before starting bcs im retarded but i assume it was about a 0.4-0.5 inch increase. The left wrist didnt grow as much but its catching up.
-21 inch bideltoid, started at 20, mainly because of gymcelling probably but it could be minor clavicle growth
-Possible hand length increase
-Weight gain

-My hair texture seems to be really coarse (in a bad way) right now but i attribute it to not using keratin shampoo properly last time i washed my hair
-My blood sugar is stable.
Cons
-Bigger nose
-Bigger left ear (again, this is rly putting me off, the right ear looks fine in comparison)
-The increase in zygo width means my bigonial is at the same width or slightly narrower than my bizygo now, whereas before it was slightly wider (i regret losing this but i will chewmaxx and try to catch up)
The main issue is that I literally didn't gymcel as much as i should have. Instead of going 6 days a week, i ended up going 2, 3 or even just 1 time. Last week I didn't go at all. On the days that I gymcelled and ate a surplus, i gained between 0.3-0.8 kg per day. If i ate like shit, i d lose about 0.5. After all of this, i gained about 6 kg but I feel like it could have been more.
Overall though, I'm happy with the facial changes. (i really miss outwardish gonions though). I will continue megadosing vitamins and run mk677, hopefully I will get to go to the gym more and keep gaining.
