You should focus on dead eye haloed tiktok emo boy looks.
1 use vaseline and if you consider it filler for bigger lips.
2 grow your hair to cover your forehead + long enough to come close to your shoulders. Dye your hair and brows dark
3 You need to work upperbody muscles a lot, big shoulders with sixpack will halo you.
4 Wear baggy trousers/pants and slim tanks or tshirts after growing muscle with platform shoes always.
