it prevents acne scars, but does not fix already existing ones (im pretty sure).
Just BTW do micro needling before accutane or 6 months after.
During microneedling you cna use Hyaluronic Acid Serum or Vitamin C serum (3-5 days after), you can ask chatgpt honestly got these things it can give okay advice, also remember to always talk to your dermatologist.

you aint missing anything, on most of the cases doxycycline fix the acne for a bit then come backs and worse, was my case in 2 times
