Honestly I think so. Just clear your skin. Seems like you have blue eyes so really good contrast with blond hair. Lean and hollow checks, good eyebrows. Your forhead looks a bit to long so just covor it with hair. People on here may call you htn or light chad but I can see you won't have any problem getting wet p*ssy from a lot of girls. Good progress.

Look up things that help with acne and try everything. Note what works.

Also experiment with removing skin care products. Some skincare products will cause increased breakouts, because they clog pores, break down the skin's barrier, or irritate the skin.

Sunlight helps kill bacteria on the skin, and can help reduce acne, but there are many anti-acne things.
