reccomendation is eat 500-800 calories daily and fast every other day
a slow calorie deficit wont get rid of your cheek fat but a aggresive deficit will.
expect great results within 2-4 months
You will not lose cheek fat if you arent fasting every other day.
do not eat much fats as they are caloricallly dense
when your fasting on and off with a low calorie intake in between fasts your body will essentially go into hibernation and start using fat from places it normally doesnt take from(neck cheeks calves face etc)
focus on protein take 30-50 g daily
not too much or your body will exit that hibernation mode
stay away from fats because they will make you bloated and take you away from burining your hard to get fat
your body will use your fat stores and burn through them fully in around 3-4 months of this
