Will applying hydrocortisone on your nose for a nose width reducing effect disrupt your endocrine system, and if so, by a lot?

It won’t disrupt anything unless u use it over ur whole face topical hydrocortisone is water soluble and breaks down quickly by ur skin enzymes so it doesn’t spread systematically and just works on ur nose, if u use it for a short time it won’t increase blood cortisol. It’s safe to use
