I have to say at first than i am a basement dweller, so go outside is a rare event for me so maybe i will say some things who are water for you but useful to know for basement dwellers like me
I decided going to ski resort 1 week, it was in a share bedroom and it have common living place (restaurant with big tables, salons, bars...)
surprisingly, normies don't treated me like shit, said me hello and talk me nortmally in my room, some people approached me to talk in living places, normies tried to integrate me and asking me to go out...
But it was brutal, when they was talking i wasn't able to reply to them because i don't understand small talk and discussions have to have a goal like debate. So it was weird i was either on mutism or talking saying things like "yes" "u are right"...
Can feel with time they get bored with me, they started being more distant, i feeled out of my place because they was all extroverted and NT. Even when they talked to include me in discussion asking my opinion i was just giving short answers because anxious and don't take lead.
It's never began if you don't have positive renforcement in life. I was always saying NT is cope, but i am really reconsiderate right now, as how normies treated me first they thinked i was one of them, my NDness was 100% the cause.
I need phenibut so much but it's not prescribed anymore in my country.
If you are still a teen / you're brain isn't finished to develop, learn how to larp NT asap.
