Crammed down like 400 grams of pork fillet, an avocado and some condiments etc. I literally quit mid-meal at the midnight mark and put the rest in the freezer jfl! That's how seriously I take this.

Just had 9 raw egg yokes while you starve yourself, lol
 
So as some of you might've read, I broke the fast with grapefruit juice, but it might've amounted to like 100 kcal so it's almost like I'm fasting. Autophagy and ketosis is like a grey scale after all and I can definitely feel the positive effects kicking in.

In summary: it was super hard in the beginning, but now I feel really good!
 
Just had a small amount of food at 23:00. I guess I failed, but it's okay. I might exercise some and go back to fasting depending on how I feel. I've already made progress. It was never about being a puritan.
 
Btw the amount of food I had was just 1/2 an apple and lemon curd rolled up in a piece of carrot bread.
