What did you do?

Changed my diet to Whole Foods only and eat 200 grams of protein per day. Chintucks, chewing with incisors to correct overbite, got leaner (still need to drop 10 pounds), fixed my body posture, started swallowing food and water properly, thumbpulling, nasal breathing. Just overall become healthy.

Now I’m on CJC + IPA and GHK-CU for the next 6 months (GHK only for two months) and I’ve seen so much progress already 3 weeks in
