for the most part, no amount of bonesmashing will get u results similar to it. I think it was just due to the increase of hormones my chin and etc grew

yes pretty much just puberty, only softmaxes ive done is clearing my face, dying eyebrows, taking care of my hair, whitening teeth and basic shit
