Go up to a shy girl(easier to talk to ) get their attention with something like "hey what's up" and you should start by teasing them about something and then opening up a conversation, something relating to the current circumstance would be easy to talk about so if you're both in a class relate it to that somehow and from there u should be good
tbh there is no universally working method to talk to a girl, every girl is different neurotically so their responses will be influenced by what you say. I don't know how old he is but he looks young so he still has quite time to practice around talking to girls. yup I need to get but is the pic when I was recently wide awake, it was morning before shower so obviously I was gonna look that, before I used to look a skinny frame but with good genetics, believe me to grow muscle hey is training hard eating and resting, just that, eat 2 g of protein per kg and a bit clean but u dont need protein shakes etc just eat food

Your looks should not be an insecurity as a man, your presence is far more important and you can establish a strong presence by constant movement, physical actions(patting people on the back, putting them in chokeholds that kind of thing), cutting people off when they speak, looking amused is also great
That will make it harder but remember pretty much all behavior is learned. Humans rely on their family and peers to learn pretty much everything so its completely possible for you to change your behavior.
