Here are my top 10 habits in no particular order that will help me reach my goals in 2025.

1. Waking up early - I function best when I am up before the sun and everyone else in the house. I am able to train first thing in the morning and become more productive throughout the rest of the day because I have a clear, focused mind and plenty of time to get my calories in.
2. Journaling - I journal every morning and night. I write about my day, what I am grateful for, what I want to manifest, positive affirmations, etc.. Journaling is to each their own and you can write about whatever you want.
3. Meditation - I try and meditate every night, for around 20 - 30 minutes. I have an eye massager I use while I listen to 432 hertz frequencies. Meditation is extremely beneficial for our mind and is more than just a practice.
4. Working Out - Training will always be a huge part of my regimen and is something that changed my life for the better. Being in physical shape as a man is important, you feel better, more confident, people respect you more, pulling females becomes easier, there are no downfalls.
5. Goal Setting - At the beginning of every month I set short-term goals that I need to achieve by the 1st of the following month. Whether that's finishing a book, hitting a PR in the gym, investing more money, etc.. These small actionable steps will help you get to a bigger, end goal.
6. Staying Hydrated - Around 60% of the human body is water. I carry around a 64oz water bottle with me wherever I go. You never know when you may be thirsty, especially when supplementing things like creatine. Stay hydrated.
7. Investing - I work full-time and get paid every week. Luckily I currently don't have an overwhelming amount of expenses, so I have extra money to play with.. aka Invest in the stock market/crypto/ Roth IRA, etc. If you are above 18 I definitely recommend starting a Roth. Investing is how you can multiply your income, and compound interest is the 7th wonder of the world. Do your own research.
8. Podcasts - Instead of doom scrolling or watching brain rot videos on YouTube, I highly recommend spending your time on the internet wisely and using the tools we have at our disposal to our advantage. Watching any podcast or long-form informational content is much more worth your time. We have the entire world wide web at our finger tips and you decide to watch memes?? - sub5 behavior.
9. Relationships - Spend time with people you care about, family members you don't keep in contact with, friends who you share interests with. Create a circle around you and a support system to help you grow. Humans are social creatures, we feel fulfilled when we have peers. It's much harder doing this alone.
10. Business - Start a business. A 9 - 5 paying job will only get you so far in this economy, and if you want to achieve generational wealth, there is more work to be done. Create something of your own. Something nobody can take from you/ fire you. Have something to build and work on everyday and reap the rewards in the long run.

If you read this far, I hope you took something from it..
