method for me^
walked about 2-3 miles a day to class, ate about one meal a day at a pesian restaurant (the method bc the food is so real and clean)
once a week I did a 2-3 day water fast with black coffee.
after the first fast high calorie deficits become much easier and you honestly forget to eat by the end of the day.
strongly recommend the 2-3 day fasting window at least a few times a month, you will see changes.
 
the little food you do eat stick to real food. for me that was home made pesian bread, saffron butter, lamb, steak, veal, and chicken. as well as grilled tomatoes, eggplant, garlic and walnuts.
