10 mg accutane?

I have mild acne around my jawline and was wondering if 10 mg accutane is worth it. My cheeks are so clear and my acne is so localized so idk if I should start. Most of this isn’t active acne but I still get 2-3 pimple a week. Also getting 20% azelaic acid soon which should do something for redness

I would start with 25mg actuate ED

azaelic acid can help but don't rape your skin barrier
