The first pic is from the 30th of November, 2018 (age: 20). The second one is from today (14th of September, 2019, age: 21).
For these 10 months I've not only been making sure that my tongue rests on my palate 24/7, but I've been applying full force to my palate about once every two minutes for twenty seconds to an extent where my tongue would get cramps. This quickly became an automated habit so I did it for 10 months straight without any breaks.

- I weigh 4-5 kilograms less in the second pic
- the pics were taken with the same phone, under similar light conditions and at the same place
I definitely think that my profile looks a bit better now than it did then (still not ideal ofc), but I'm not sure how much of that is explained by me losing 4-5 kilograms. I would like to know if you guys see any changes in my bone structure . Since it's an automated habit I won't stop mewing (because I can't).
