Im not sure if you're serious or larping. If you are serious get off this site

1. Be around people as much as possible you need to improve your social skills at a young age. Dont avoid any social situations to rot/game/whatevet
2. Exercise. You can use steroids when older if you want to go down that route but thats a way long off and exercising when young sets you up for life while getting fat does the opposite. It makes being in shape later way harder since fat cells dont shrink
3. Avoid excessive porn use. Best to not use any at all
4. Start a sport. Preferably a team sport. Depending on your country rugby or what Americans call football is good.
5. If you do stay on here or watch looksmax crap on tiktok keep in mind they overexaggerate how much specific features/things matter way too much. Same with women doing social media interviews. They will say they wont date a guy under 6ft then end up with a man 5ft10
6. Again socialise/be around people as much as possible. Might be difficult at first but it gets easier over time.
7. Set good daily habits when you are young. I said exercise above but basically the rate of bain neurogenesis decreases over your lifetime. So if you develop bad habits when young like watching porn none stop, living a really undisciplined life, chasing instant gratification none stop it becomes harder to change the older you get.
