-mindful breathwork
-one sentence journal entry
-make my bed look sleek af
-shave+shower+skincare
-sweep my room

Create an anti-vision (a life that scares you), list out the -habits that will get you there
Don't even bother writing up a list of +habits,
just avoid the negatives
MOST IMPORTANT
Don't overstimulate your brain
no shortfom content (if you can't do this, forget the rest)
self improvement / motivation videos (duhh)
crazy music (i still listen to 80s/90s)
no rotting on org (big one for me)
