Use the night before to plan your first 5-10 activities of the day

Mine looks like:

-mindful breathwork
-one sentence journal entry
-make my bed look sleek af
-shave+shower+skincare
-sweep my room


+Tip

Create an anti-vision (a life that scares you), list out the -habits that will get you there

Don't even bother writing up a list of +habits,
just avoid the negatives

MOST IMPORTANT⚠️

Don't overstimulate your brain


🚫no shortfom content (if you can't do this, forget the rest)
🚫self improvement / motivation videos (duhh)
🚫crazy music (i still listen to 80s/90s)
🚫no rotting on org (big one for me)
