100 Jelqs 5x a week

If you can manage to stretch your penis tissues 1mm each day it means you'd gain 1mm every 2 weeks, 0,1mm each day (0,001mm for each jelq)

1mm every two weeks = 2mm per month = 4-5 months to gain 10mm/1cm = 8-10 months to gain 20mm/2cm from jelq alone. If you do BCT stretch for 1 month it will probably be enough to gain 5mm. Which means you'd gain 1 full inch of dick size in 8-10 months

100 jelqs is like 15 minutes of your day (counting warm-up)

That's way less than the daily time you waste rotting.

Not really, the stretching happens to all sides. The only way you'd lose girth by stretching is if you do normal stretches.

BTC stretch focuses manly on the suspensory ligaments so it won't stretch your penis tissue.

Jelqs stretch your dick by forcing blood in all directions like a balloon, so you gain both length and girth.

I don't think there would be any problem, but don't try to rush or you can get serious injuries (I almost got ED from jelqing too long and with a full erection, my dick completely shut down and I couldn't even get a 50% erection for almost 2 hours)

Start with 40 jelqs a day and increase by 10 every week till you reach 100 4-5x a week (MTWTFSS / Green jelq days, red rest days. That's my schedule)

The point is that if your girl isn't a virgin and her ex had a bigger dick than you she'll be wishing yours were bigger too. It's like buying a car, you see something in one car that you find cool and when you go see other options you think "Damn, I wish this one had that X feature too"

Start doing 4 sets of 2 minutes and 30 seconds, give 1 minute of rest between the sets. After 2 weeks do two sessions during the day, 4 sets of 2:30 during the morning then 4 more sets during the afternoon or evening.

After you complete the 4th week start doing 2 sets of 5 minutes during the morning and 2 sets during the afternoon or evening

I don't recommend doing too much BTC stretches because it's used to loose the suspensory ligaments, if you loose it too much your dick won't be pointing to the ceiling when fully erect.

It used to be ~17cm, So I gained ~1cm so far after a little more of 2 months of doing BCT and Jelq correctly
I think half the result was from BTC though, so I expect to be harder to get those final 2cm to reach 20cm/7.9inches

I jelqed almost everyday for like two weeks and my EQ got worse so my dick size was smaller. Then I had a one week break and just today I noticed that my dick is actually a bit bigger, around 4mm (I've done jelqing on and off for a couple of months). It might be a better EQ though or wrong measurement.

I don't pay attention to the blood moving through my penis tbh, I just grab it and squeeze hard enough. Try to get a 80% erection and squeeze your dick from the base till the top and hold it, use the other hand to feel the glans, it should be feeling like a rock, that's how it should be when jelqing.

Going overboard is always a bad idea, I only got problems doing too much repetitions... (2 hours of ED + thrombosis vein), now doing it correctly the maximum injure that I get are some small bruises that go alway after 1-2 days, some times I get several blood spots on my glans as if I squeezed so hard that the skin teared, it doesn't bleed but you can see the red spots (I usually take that as a sign that I reached my current limit, so I try to not do so hard on the next day)

I used to do these stretches but I found them inefficient, boring, hard to do because of finger grip (after a couple of minutes my fingers would start to hurt), and mostly because it was what caused the thrombosis vein, my glans isn't big so I needed to hold pretty tight, and because of that it caused the thrombosis which takes months to really go away.

I also prefer BTC stretches (link on the one of the posts above) because it's easier to do and because it mainly targets the suspensory ligaments
