1000 Calories Diet
If u really gotta put sum weight down this summer, u can actually do an aggressive mini cut. BUT NOT RECOMMENDED if u have never done a diet. You gotta know ur body, but u can still do it, eating 1700 and through the weeks goin down. If u already have some experience, i would recommend doin 1500/1400. U can surely lose up to 2/3kg in a week, 8/12kg in a month.
U should add drinking minimun 3l of water a day.
And EATING ENOUGHT PROTEIN. 1.5x(bodyweight) protein intake
Cardio is also important.
Obviously no sugar lol.
