Just had sudden realization that my family isn't favorable to me

When I do something, ALL people from my family just negs me about it, but when other person does the same thing, they will find any excuse to defend RANDOM FUCKING PERSON. I don't have any person in my family who would stand behind me if something went wrong. Random guys in my job who I see few times a month would do more for me than my family. I never even think about it but that's sad. No wonder why I was always fucked up in the head since childhood.

What man? I don't hate them, I just realized that I shouldn't even talk to people like that. If they were random guy in friend group, I wouldn't even talk to them but unfortunately that's my family and I have to talk to them. I cut all of them to bare minimum now. Won't even go to my grandpa just to talk as I used to do.
