Hours in bed is not hours of sleeping you want to get 7-9h of sleep you should be in bed a few hours longer than that, wake up and go to sleep at the same time each day, weekends are a social construct, get outside within 30-60min within waking up, don’t nap longer than 90min and close to bed

Diet- take zinc vitamin d,c,a, magnesium, createin and melodeon, eat Whole Foods, fuck tap water

Competition raises testosterone... theirs more but I’m too lazy to type it out I made a video on it if you wanna see it on video format cya...
